Brief Information: Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS) has published 2 recruitment notifications for the recruitment of 9 Specialist, Manager & Expert posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply here.

1. Senior Project Manager
   No. of posts:01

Age Limit: Upto 65 years.

Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Management/ Administration/ Procurement/ Logistics/ related discipline or a Graduate in Engineering from any Government recognized university/ institution

Experience:

# Must have at least 25-30 years of experience in the Private sector/ Public sector Preferably in the Health infrastructure sector/ Social Sector.

# Experience of working in the North East

# Minimum 3 years’ experience in Externally Aided Projects.

2. State Procurement Expert
   No of posts: 01

Age Limit: Upto 50 years

Essential Qualification: At least a Management/ Administration/ Procurement/ Logistics/ related discipline or a Graduate in Engineering from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with training in public procurement.

Experience:

# At least 10 years of experience in managing procurement.

# Experience working in the North East and Health Sector may be preferred.

3. State Environment Management & Safeguard Specialist
   No of posts:01

Age Limit: Upto 50 years

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering/ Environment management from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with training in Environment safeguards. An excellent understanding of the World Bank Environment safeguards systems and procedure is desirable.

Experience:

# Must have at least 5 years experience in Environment management or safeguards role

# Experience working in the North East and in the Health Sector will be preferred.

4. State Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
   No of posts:01

Essential Qualification: At least a Graduate degree in MBBS/ Dental with population science or Master in public health, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.

Experience:

# At least 5 years working experience at state level public health data systems,

# Experience in the design and implementation of large-scale public health studies.

# Experience of 3 years in the analysis of public health data, report development

5. State Internal Performance Agreement & Quality Improvement Specialist
   No of posts: 01

Essential Qualification: At least a Graduate degree in MBBS/ Dental with a Master's in Hospital Administration or Public Health, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.

Experience:

# At least 5 years experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a quality system like NQAS/NABH with valid certification as an external assessor.

# Experience in undertaking a quality assessment of a minimum of 5 facilities.

# Experience of 3 years in developing and implementing monitoring systems for quality improvement in hospitals or at State level public health programs with a key role to improve the quality of health

6. State Communication Specialist
   No of posts: 01

Essential Qualification: At least a Post-Graduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism or a related field from any Govt. recognized university/ institution

Experience:

# At least 10 years experience of working at the state level in public health communication/community interventions

# Experience of design, developing, and implementing innovative large-scale communication programs, creative communication campaigns, Audio-Visual Films, and Social Media Messages.

# Experience of 5 years in implementing rural or health development projects, working with various communities/village level institutions

7. State Human Resources for Health Specialist
   No of posts: 01

Essential Qualification: At least a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management/ Public Health, Business Management with specialization in HR/Public Health, or Social Work with specialization in public health, from any Govt. recognized university/institution

Experience:

# At least 10 years experience in Human Resources for health and health systems strengthening.

# Experience of 3 years in developing and implementing monitoring systems for improvement in health workforce planning would be an advantage (desirable)

# Experience working at the state level public health systems and policy development process will be preferred

8. State Nursing Reforms Specialist
   No of posts:01

Essential Qualification: At least a Post-Graduate degree in Nursing, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.

Experience:

# At least 5 years experience as a practicing Nurse/ Nurse Tutor either in Public or Private health systems and policy development process.

# Knowledge and experience of policies and programs pertaining to strengthening nursing education will be preferred

9. State Social Development Specialist
   No of posts: 01

Essential Qualification: At least a Master’s degree in Social Work or Sociology or a related field from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with training in Social development and social safeguards.

Experience:

# Must have at least 15 years experience in Social Development or safeguards role.

# Experience working in the North East and Health Sector will be preferred.

Age Limit: 50 years for all the positions (Sl 4 to 9). However, for the position at Sl.8, relaxation up to 62 years may be given to deserving retired persons serving at nursing colleges/institutions.
