Process Flow: In order to obtain a certified copy, the elector has two options available: applying directly to their respective Election Branch or through Common Service Centers (CSCs). The following documents are required for the application:

- Additional documents, such as Voter ID Card, Voter slip, orPrevious Voter List, if applicable

Guidelines
The accessible voters' lists available at our office are those transferred by the Election Commission periodically. The electoral rolls have been digitized in accordance with the Archival Rule, preserving their original order. We kindly request information seekers to review the entire volume to ensure they can access all the additional and amended lists.
The electoral rolls will be uploaded in multiple phases over a period of approximately four months. Please note that court cases for certificate issuance will be given priority. Kindly provide a valid proof for verification purposes.
If a certificate needs to be issued, the recipient will be required to pay Rs.30/- along with a court fee stamp worth Rs.2.
