No other format will be accepted.Eligibility Criteria:The land should be demarcated and actually surveyed.The land must be in a village that has been traversed, surveyed, mapped, and classed.The land must be actually cultivated with some permanent crop or occupied for permanent residential purposes.Rule 23 of the Settlement Rules framed under the ALRR, 1886 provides that no new periodic patta shall be issued in respect of land within one chain (66 feet) of the 35 feet reservation along roads maintained by the State or the Union Government without special orders from the Govt.No new periodic pattas will be proposed or ordered to be issued if there exists any dispute over possession or over the prima facie title of the land in question.No new periodic pattas shall be proposed or ordered to be issued for lands within an area covered by a mining lease or situated within a town area or within 2 miles from the town area or within such distance from the town area as may be notified by the State Govt. from time to time, except under special orders of Govt. and on payment of such premium, if any, as may be fixed by Govt. from time to time.Further t, the conversion of The annual lease into Pa periodic patta will be limited to the-The maximum area allowed to be held in a rural area as per provision of the Assam Fixation of Ceiling on land holdings Act, 1956, as amended inclusive of the periodic land already held by the family of the settlement holder.While granting conversion of AP into PP in ural areas no portion of land falling within 22.5 meters (75 feet) from the centreline of the PWD Road / NH way and falling within 15 meters (50 feet) from the center line of the roads other than PWD RRoadNH way will be converted into periodic.The land applied for conversion should be in the name of the original AP holder or his/her legal heirs. No conversion is admitted for the portion of AP land which is transferred in violation of the rules.

Eligibility Criteria:
As per section 97 of the Assam Land and Revenue Regulations, 1886.
Every recorded pattadar of a permanently settled estate and every recorded landholder of a temporarily settled estate may, if he/she is in actual possession of the land, in respect of he/she desires partition, claim Field partition of the estate.

If the applicant is a first-time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in the top right ccorneriofthis page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.Then the applicant needs to log in with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for, and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.The applicant has to first download the declaration form of applicant details and then upload it in the Annexure section, the applicant has to fill up the form both in Assamese and BengaTapplicant content has to then fill up the basic details of the land for which the applicant is seeking mutation and needs to upload the supporting documents(view the Requirements tab)Applicant needs to specify the region/land for mutation such as municipal or urban or rural based on this selection the payment will be done.An applicant has to make the payment at the time of submission of the aapplicationfacial the th form.Once payment is successful, the application is forwarded to the officials for further processeprocessingacknowledgement slip is generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is before sent to the applicant.An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the ficiafacial take a query for the same to which the applicant needs to respond and makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.If the entire process is correct, the concerned official notifies the applicant about the hearing over SMS and Email.After the hearing is successful and completion of the process is, the isget Mutation Certificate will be generated and the applicant wigetnotationget notation about the same over SMS and Email and the applicant can download the certificate from ARTPS Portal.

- # After successful login, you will get four sections - Land Details, Applicant Details, Documents, and Review & Submit.
