4.       Agreement to Terms: Written consent to the terms and conditions specified in the Office Memorandum (OM).

5.       Pay Protection: Pay protection will be provided, but there will be no linkage to inter-se seniority.

6.       Seniority Terms: Employees will be placed at the bottom of the seniority list for their recruitment year or the consecutive year.

4.       Manage your request in the Manage Request section.

5.       If both parties agree, a joint application is created and submitted to the authorities.

6.       Once accepted, you can download the Joint Transfer Order from the portal.

Please note that only one request can be sent at a time, valid for 15 days. If not accepted within this period, it will be automatically canceled. You can also cancel the request manually before the 15 days are up.
