Mission Basundhara 3.0

Brief Information: Mission Basundhara 3.0 is a flagship program in 2024 by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Govt. of Assam. Under the leadership of the chief minister of Assam, "Mission Basundhara 3.0" has been developed in a bid to streamline and resolve and to make land revenue services more accessible to citizens. 

 It is expected that the launch of the Mission Basundhara 3.0 Portal will reduce the pendency in the updating of land records and the public will receive stress-free and smooth services without visiting revenue circle offices.

The implementation of the mission shall enable the achievement of the goal of 100% Digitization of Maps and total Integration of Maps, Land Records, and Registration for the State under DILRMP. The citizens shall have access to real-time land records.

Atmanirbhar (Self-reliant) Assam 2024

Brief Information: In a move to foster entrepreneurship among the youth of Assam, the Government, led by Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, unveiled a new initiative during the cabinet meeting on September 12, 2023. The program is named Mukhyamantrir Atmanirbharshil Asom Abhiyan. Atmanirbhar Asom primarily aims to bolster the aspirations of young entrepreneurs through substantial financial and policy backing.

 

This scheme aims to target 200,000 eligible beneficiaries over the next two years - 100,000 in FY 2023-24 and another 100,000 in FY 2024-25. This article will comprehensively cover all facets of the Atmanirbhar Asom 2023 initiative.
