District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Sivasagar.

Brief Information: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Sivasagar invites applications for two contractual positions: Office Assistant and Peon. These positions are within the Office of the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System (LADCS) under the DLSA, Sivasagar.

1. Office Assistant

• No of posts: 1 (UR)

• Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 15000/-

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

·         Graduation

·         Basic word processing skills and ability to operate a computer

·         Data entry skills

·         Good typing speed with proper setting of petitions

·         Ability to take dictation and prepare files for court presentations

·         File maintenance and processing knowledge

 

2. Peon

 

• No of posts: 1 (UR)

• Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 10000/-

• Educational Qualification & Experience: Minimum education qualification is Class VIII standard.  Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above are ineligible to apply.

 

Other Criteria of Sivasagar Judiciary Recruitment

 

• Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.

• Age Limit:

•        Minimum: 18 Years
•       Maximum: 40 Years as on the date of the Advertisement.
•    Age relaxation as per Government rules.

Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for the state of Assam.
