Salary and Period of Attachment

Selected candidates will receive remuneration based on the parent post of a teacher, with no additional allowances, except for contingency expenditure. The period of attachment as a CRCC is limited to a maximum of 5 years, subject to performance evaluations. Upon completion of the term, candidates will be repatriated to their parent posts, as per the terms of the agreement.Period of attachment: The period of attachment as CRCC shall be a maximum of 5 years only subject to the satisfactory performance report to be submitted by the Principal, DIET of the concerned district. On the completion of the term or expiry of the period of attachment, the deed of agreement executed, if any, by and between the Samagra Shiksha, Assam authority and the attached CRCCs shall automatically lapse, and the Asstt. Teacher attached as CRCC shall be repatriated to his/her parent post. The authority reserves the right to revert the selected CRCC(s) to their parent post/school in the interest of public service at any time before the expiry of the period of attachment.

 

Educational Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring to be part of this prestigious opportunity must meet certain educational qualifications. A graduation from a UGC recognized University with NCTE recognized professional qualifications is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree. Additionally, being computer literate is a prerequisite for applicants, along with specific preferences for teachers with teaching experience and TET qualifications.

• Graduation from UGC recognized University with NCTE recognized professional qualification (2-year D.El.Ed./ B.Ed. etc). However, preference will be given to candidates with a master's degree.

 

• In the case of Dima Hasao, Karbi Anglong, and West Karbi Anglong districts, the minimum qualification is Graduation from UGC recognized University. However, preference will be given to candidates having D.El.Ed/ B.Ed. etc.

 

• In the case of Garo medium clusters of Kamrup and Goalpara districts, the minimum qualification is Graduation from UGC recognized University. However, preference will be given to candidates having D.El.Ed/ B.Ed. etc.

 

• Computer Literate (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Internet browsing, etc).

Preference:

 

• Preference will be given to intending Asstt. Teachers with a Master's Degree and TET qualified intending Asstt. Teachers.

• Intending Asstt. Teachers with at least 5 years teaching experience as Asstt. Teachers in Govt./ Provincialized schools.

Age Limit for Assam CRCC Recruitment

• Maximum age is 45 years as of 1st January’2023.

• Maximum age is 50 years as of 1st January’2023 for teachers who have already served as CRCC.

 

Other Eligibility for SSA Assam CRCC Recruitment 2024

 

• In-service Regular Teachers of Elementary Level I Secondary Level (Excluding Subject Teacher [Post Graduate Teacher) of the working district.

• In-service Contractual Teachers under Samagra Shiksha, Assam (including State Pool Teachers) of the working district.

• Teachers of the same medium can apply against the medium-specific cluster.

• Single — Science/Hindi/Classical/Arabic/Sanskrit teachers of a school will not be eligible.

• Teachers of Mathematics and Science will not be engaged as CRCC in any place.

• Teachers of Single/ Double Teacher schools are not eligible.

• Head Master/ Head Teacher are not eligible.

• Teachers from High PTR schools shall not be eligible (In the case of Lower Primary, PTR should not be more than 30:1, in the case of Upper Primary, PTR should not be more than 40:1 and in the case of High School, PTR should not be more than 40:1).

• Teachers whose Schools have not performed well in Gunotsav (Grade C & below) are not eligible.
